Essential Collection of Free Containers for Project Deployment!

Essential Collection of Free Containers for Project Deployment!#

image >In this episode, let's count the free deployment containers on the Internet. I will attach an open source project that supports deployment to each container. If there are any omissions, please feel free to supplement in the comments section.

Free Container List#

The Three Classic Containers#

The term "Three Classic Containers" here is purely subjective. Because I often use these three in my video channel, I jokingly refer to them as the "Three Classic Containers."
They refer to Vercel, Zeabur, and Huggingface. Since they are frequently mentioned in the videos, I will not go into detail about the specific projects they support here.

  • Vercel: This is the platform I use the most, including the blog you are currently viewing, which is hosted on Vercel. Unfortunately, Vercel is currently inaccessible in China. Don't force me to cry and show you. 😁

  • Zeabur: It seems to be a company in China, but I haven't confirmed this. It can be accessed smoothly in China.

  • Hugging Face: Actually, they don't specialize in this. Most of the projects on their platform are related to machine learning, as well as some projects that require powerful computing power.

Other Free Containers#

I rarely mention these containers in my videos, but the deployment methods are similar. I will attach open source projects that support deployment next to each container to facilitate deployment testing for everyone.

  • Replit is a browser-based collaborative integrated development environment (IDE) that allows users to collaboratively build software with AI capabilities on any device without the need for setup. It provides AI-powered programming assistants, real-time multi-person editors, and the ability to build, test, and deploy code directly from the browser.

GitHub - Harry-zklcdc/go-proxy-bingai: A Microsoft New Bing demo site built with Vue3 and Go, with a consistent UI experience and support for ChatGPT prompts. Available in China.

sealos Cloud and Railway support the deployment of the ChatGPT-Web project.

  • Railway is a cloud platform designed for developers. It encourages developers to bring their code, and Railway handles the rest. It is suitable for any programming language and project size, aiming to simplify the complexity of software deployment.

GitHub - Chanzhaoyu/chatgpt-web: ChatGPT demo webpage built with Express and Vue3

GitPod supports the deployment of the Pandora project.

-Gitpod is a cloud development environment platform that provides an instant and configurable development environment. It offers pre-configured, on-demand development environments that have all the necessary tools, libraries, and dependencies for immediate coding.

Google Colaboratory also supports the deployment of the Open-Interperter project in the cloud. I jokingly refer to it as "Desktop Jarvis."

  • Google Colaboratory, also known as Colab, is a cloud service provided by Google. It provides an interactive environment for machine learning education and research. Colab allows you to write and execute Python code in your browser, and it is completely free.

GitHub - KillianLucas/open-interpreter: OpenAI's Code Interpreter in your terminal, running locally

Conclusion#

There are many more free containers, but since I don't use them often, I won't go into detail here.
